Moustache and Sold Signs Marching On.

The start of Week 7 had the Wild Turkey’s looking to rebound from last week’s humiliating 17 to 1 loss. Unfortunately they had to face the high scoring Realty Partners Sold Signs and the misery continued with a 9 to 2 thumping.
Tyler Aalders and Stu Lenehan led the way with a pair of goals each for the Signs. Max Lessard, Ryan Fortune, Josh Coleman, Ryan Morris and Scott MacDonald added singles, keeping the Sold Signs in 2^nd Place.
The Wild got goals from Greg Thompson and Scott Sheffer and remain winless on the season.
 
Thursday night had Your Fathers Moustache remain undefeated and in 1^st Place with an 8 to 3 pounding of the Secunda Mariners.
YFM’s Aaron Akitt led the assault with 2 goals and 2 assists. Jeff MacNeil would also light the lamp twice and four other players would find the net as well; Neal Pashkoski, Brad Stewart, , Stewart MacRae and Guy Boudreau with singles.
Tyler Hawes, Chris O’Donnell and Jordan Cox would bury the puck for the Mariners.
 
In the last game of the week, the Realty Partner Rinkrats went back to playing defence first and came away with a 3 to 0 shutout over the Dartmouth Alpines. It was Tyler Ravlo’s second shutout of the season.
The “Old Man” of the league Rob Ritchie would score the game winner with 12:40 remaining in the 2^nd period. Dave Roode would add an empty netter with 52 seconds remaining and was followed up by their third goal, with Alpines’ goaltender back in the net, 21 seconds left in regulation by Chris Kelly.
