Round Robin Recap - Week One

The 2017 Round Robin Playoffs continued this week, starting on Tuesday with the Realty Partners Sold Signs blanking the defending Lake City Cup Champions, Your Fathers Moustache 4 to 0.
Led by 3 goals and 1 assist from Stu Lenehan and goaltender Keith Walters with the shutout, gave the Signs their first victory. Ryan Boucher added the other goal.

Thursday's games had the Realty Partner Rinkrats win their second playoff game of the Round Robin, with a 5 to 1 victory over the Dartmouth Alpines.
Jordan Mock fired a hattrick, while Scott Leverman and Jeremy Mock added singles for the Rinkrats.
Alpines' Jordan Burke scored their only goal, in their first of three Round Robin games.

The Final Game of the week saw the Secunda Mariners obliterate the Wild Turkey's 13 to 3.
Chris O'Donnell led the charge with 4 goals and 3 assists, with Brad Ryckmond and Evan Cheverie each popped a pair.
Kyle Morash, Tyler Summers, Tyler Hawes, Mike Malloy and Jared Johns added singles. Tyler Hawes also added 5 assists in the victory
The Wild had goals from Todd Miles, Colton Denman and Eric Blanchard.
The loss was the Turkey's second of the Round Robin after falling to the Rinkrats last week and face a must win game next week against Your Fathers Moustache.

The Round Robin Standings sees the Rinkrats at 2 wins 0 losses, followed by the Sold Signs and Mariners at 1 and 0. The Moustache and Alpines are at 0 and 1, with the Turkey's falling to 0 and 2.
The top 4 teams advance to the Semi Finals, with 4th Place taking on 1st Place and 3rd versus 2nd in the Best of 3.
