Rangers Comeback...Complete!

The Big Leagues' Rangers came back from 2 goals to defeat T.J. Devils 5 to 4 in overtime. T.J. Devils jumped out to a 3 to 0 lead, on goals by Troy Ritcey, Derek Joseph and Steve Kinch, before David Naugle of the Rangers scored to finish the first period. The Devils regained their 3 goal lead @ 15:37 of the 2nd period. Rangers narrowed it back to 2 on a goal by Shane Murphy. Devils' Joseph was awarded a penalty shot half way through the period and beat Rob Naugle (filling in at goal for the Rangers) but not the crossbar. With an extra attacker the Rangers' Craig Booker scored with 57 seconds remaining to make the score 4 to 3 for the Devils. Rob Naugle still out, the Rangers pressured Devils' goaltender Jamie O'Donnell and with just 24 seconds left in the 2nd period Shane Murphy scored his 2nd of the game to tie it at 4. The Rangers comeback was completed, only 1 minute and 18 seconds into overtime on an unassisted goal by Reg Bowes. In the other game that night, led by David Denike and Glen MacDonald, 2 goals and 2 assists each, the Dartmouth Alpines defeated Your Fathers Moustache 8 to 2.
