This will confirm our telephone conversation today and will reiterate the content of the registered letter sent by registered mail on March 10^th, 2015 and received on March 11^th, 2015.  
 
As discussed, staff of the Sportsplex have once again reported, that one of the teams in your league, specifically the ‘green team’ are staying in the team rooms well over the 30 minute allotted time.  On Thursday past the team had to be asked a couple of times to leave.  They were off the ice at approximately 11:45 pm and were being asked to leave at 12:30 pm.  As noted in the written correspondence, the Dartmouth Sportsplex is incurring staff overtime costs.  
 
Also, on several occasions since the fall season has begun, evidence of the consumption of alcohol is evident in the team rooms and at the entrance to the building where empties have been left.  As you are aware, this is strictly prohibited.
 
We appreciate that you have agreed to discuss this with all teams in the Lake City Gents League to ensure that they are aware of the terms of the contract and the alcohol policy of the facility.
 
Failure to comply could result in the loss of ice time.
