Log-jam

After this week's games, four teams find themselves separated by one point, from 3rd place to 6th place. In fact three teams each have 12 points (Rangers, Devils and Scotiabank), the Dartmouth Alpines trail by 1 point, with 11 points. Tuesday night had the Sandtrap Chiefs hold on to 1st place with a 8 to 2 thumping of the Fairview Aces. In the 2nd game Scotiabank nipped T.J. Devils 5 to 4 on a 3 goal and 1 assist performance by Allen Coyle.

On Thursday night, led by Jay Washington's 4 goals, the Dartmouth Alpines defeated Your Fathers Moustache 6 to 4. In the second game, the Secunda Mariners kept pace with Chiefs for 1st place, downing Scotiabank 6 to 2. The last game had the short manned Big Leagues' Rangers thrash the T.J. Devils 9 to 3.

With the T.J. Devils losing both of their games, Scotiabank splitting their two games and the Big Leagues' Rangers and Dartmouth Alpines winning their games we have a log-jam between 3rd place and 6th place.
