Your Fathers Moustache suffered their first loss of the season on Tuesday night, but still managed to get a point, falling 2 to 1 in overtime to the Dartmouth Alpines. Phil Diochon scored the game winner with just a minute remaining in the overtime.
 The win for the Alpines got them back to the .500 mark, with 3 wins, 3 losses and 1 tie. YFM are now 5 wins with 1 OT loss for a league leading 11 points.


Thursday night had the winless Wild Turkey's falling to Realty Partners 6 to 3. Jordan Lind led the attack with a hattrick and a helper. Realty is now has 3 wins and 3 losses on the season, while the Wild remain winless at 0 and 6.


The second game Thursday night had the Rink Rats move into 2nd place with a 7 to 4 victory over the Secunda Mariners. 2 goals, including a hi-lite goal, and 2 assists by the Rats' Blake Trask powered the Rats past the Mariners.


The league standings are getting tight after League leading Mostache's 11 points. The Rink Rats are 2nd with 8 points followed by the Mariners and Alpines with 7 points and the Realty Partners have 6. The Wild Turkey's are still looking for their first point on the season.
